Infineon FP25R12WT3 Hybrid Diode-IGBT Power Module for Industrial Drive Bridge Rebuild
Infineon FP25R12WT3 EasyPIM hybrid power module containing three IGBT/freewheeling-diode cells in a full three-phase EasyPack 2B package. Collector current Ic = 25 A at 25 °C, blocking voltage VCES = 1,200 V, gate threshold VGE(th) = 5.5 V. Low switching losses at 4–16 kHz carrier frequencies. Suitable for rebuilding three-phase drives in the 7.5–11 kW class from Chinese OEMs (Goodrive, Slanvert, Veichi, Gree), HVAC fan drives and industrial pumps. Copper baseplate with ready-to-mount thermal pad interface. Gate driver compatibility with HCNW3120 and M57962L verified. Each module pre-tested for Vce(sat), Ic(leak) and Vge(th) with IGBT analyser before packaging.
