Defibrillator

Highly critical repair of external and internal defibrillators including high-energy capacitor charging circuits, discharge switches (SCR or IGBT), patient impedance measurement systems, energy control circuits and simultaneous ECG monitoring. Common faults include incomplete capacitor charging, incomplete energy delivery, impedance measurement errors, paddle or disposable pad failures and safety issues. All repairs are performed in strict compliance with medical safety standards and performance testing with energy measurement devices; after repair, calibration of delivered energy at various levels (joules) is verified to ensure the life-saving function of the device.
