Delta PLC
Repair of processor and power boards for DVP and AS series.
Specialized repair of Delta programmable logic controllers of the DVP series (DVP-ES, DVP-SS, DVP-EH, DVP-SV) and AS series. Primary focus is on main processor boards (CPU boards), internal switching power circuits, digital and analog I/O modules and communication interfaces (RS-485, Ethernet, CANopen). Diagnostics include regulated voltage checks, testing of capacitors and power MOSFETs, program memory fault correction and communication recovery with WPLSoft or ISPSoft software. After repair, full functional testing under real load and long-term stability verification are performed to ensure reliable operation in production lines.
