Solar Monitoring System
Repair of data loggers and Wi-Fi data transmission modules.
A solar monitoring system provides real-time and historical supervision of panel, inverter, battery and energy consumption performance, transmitting data via the internet or local network to the user or control center. It typically consists of a data logger, communication modules (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, 4G/5G, RS485), environmental sensors (irradiance, temperature), and analysis and alert software. Common failures include communication loss due to faulty Wi-Fi modules or antennas, data logger memory defects, sensor errors, software issues with communication protocols (Modbus, SunSpec), and damage from lightning or power surges. Expert repair involves testing of communication signals, replacement of radio modules and antennas, recovery of stored data, firmware and software updates, sensor calibration, and full testing of data transmission to the cloud server or local software to ensure monitoring stability and accuracy.
